The Landmark Heritage and team | Landmark Jewelers, St. Paul | Minneapolis MN
After one hundred and twenty three years serving the City of St. Paul, Bockstruck Jewelers closed in 2007. A group of former Bockstruck employees opened Landmark Jewelers inspired by the Bockstruck legacy. With over 125 yearsof combined jewelry experience, we are dedicated to the traditions of Bockstruck and meeting a new generation of customers and friends.
A gemologist, former appraiser, and buyer, Sarah worked at Bockstruck's for 24 years - most of the time as the store manager. Sarah has brought together a staff of long time Bockstruck employees and jewelry enthusiasts. When asked about the team, she quickly responds, "go where you've always gone and rely on the people you have always trusted."
During Toni's 25 plus years in the jewelry business, she has enjoyed many long lasting relationships. By getting to know her clients personally, Toni can make the perfect the suggestion for you. This may include a truly special and unique gift, an item to complement a collection, or even a friendly reminder that an important date is approaching. Toni will make your shopping easy by working hard to ensure you are a happy customer. With a keen eye for quality and design, Landmark is fortunate to have her assistance with buying beautiful jewelry for the store. Toni is a spry Italian. When not at the store, she can be found in her gourmet kitchen cooking for her family and friends. We would love to share a few of her wonderful recipes; but unfortunately, Toni doesn't measure anything!
Roger’s experience, knowledge, and credentials in the jewelry business are things we are very proud of at Landmark Jewelers. He has been helping customers find the perfect piece of jewelry for over 40 years. Roger began his career at Bockstruck Jewelers in the diamond and precious gem department. He later went on to store management and eventually opened his own store. Roger is a Graduate Gemologist, is a past President of the Minnesota Retail Jewelers Association, and was Secretary /Treasurer of the North Central Guild of the American Gem Society. Roger has a love for pocket watches from the late 1800’s to early 1900’s and enjoys jewelry from the Edwardian era. Roger is involved in many areas of the store including family heirloom restoration, custom design, estate appraisals, and buying diamonds. He has a loyal clientele and enjoys assisting clients with all of their jewelry needs. When not working in the store, you might find Roger at his grandson’s lacrosse or hockey games or enjoying a nice meal at the Lake Elmo Inn.
Tamara began her career in the jewelry business over 10 years ago. As office manager of Landmark Jewelers, she handles our accounting, inventory control, and computer needs. Tamara really enjoys the variety of work in her position. One minute she is detailing our repair records and the next she is photographing Landmark’s beautiful jewelry. One of Tamara’s favorite things about working at Landmark is the estate jewelry. She especially loves the jewelry from the Art Deco and Edwardian eras. Tamara’s organizational skills and hard work keep Landmark Jewelers running smoothly. She helps assure that our store customers have a warm welcoming and positive experience. When Tamara is not working in the office, she can be found spending time with her kids in her favorite town of Stillwater.
Kathleen Norberg grew up in the family jewelry business, working in her father’s (and grandfathers) Wisconsin jewelry store. Kathleen has a lifetime of jewelry experience and has enjoyed returning to her “roots” by working at Landmark Jewelers. Kathleen has always had an appreciation of the unique qualities of a family owned business, especially the personal care of clients. Kathleen’s extensive Art background and experience is the ultimate combination to finding the perfect jewelry treasure for her clients. As Kathleen says “jewelry is a celebration of life’s events.” Kathleen is happy to have lived in downtown St. Paul for 22 years. She is very fond of gardening and theater.
