The store has been reborn under new ownership, preserving its legacy of quality and craftsmanship. Tamara Sparrow - Owner
Tamara’s journey in the jewelry world began almost 20 years ago with a larger company, where she quickly discovered her passion for connecting with people and making them feel special through timeless pieces of jewelry. Over time, she climbed the ranks from office manager to management, honing her skills and fueling her love for the industry.
When Tamara found Landmark Jewelers, it felt like coming home. She knew this was the perfect place to grow, learn, and truly spread her wings. In 2023, Tamara fulfilled a lifelong dream by purchasing Landmark Jewelers. Now, she brings her signature warmth and creativity to every aspect of the store, hosting fun and memorable events that make every visit an experience to cherish. She especially adores the estate jewelry, each piece holding its own unique story—just like her customers.
Creating a space where customers feel welcomed and at ease is at the heart of everything Tamara does. Her sweet and genuine nature shines through in every interaction, making Landmark Jewelers not just a store, but a home for the community.
Tamara is deeply involved in her beloved St. Paul community. As an active member of Rotary, a Chamber Ambassador, and a participant in the Winter Carnival and Parks & Conservatory, she’s dedicated to revitalizing downtown and bringing people together. When she’s not at the store, you’ll often find her enjoying quality time with her kids in her favorite town, Stillwater.
For Tamara, it’s all about building connections, celebrating life’s special moments, and creating a little sparkle wherever she goes.

Jeff Sparrow - Owner
Jeff started his career in sales and quickly established a reputation for his exceptional customer service skills. Although he spent over a decade in sales and customer service, technology was always his passion. He has since spent the last decade working in the field of technology, focusing on infrastructure, automation, analytics, and logistics, which has helped him recognize the tremendous potential these fields could offer to business. Jeff brings the latest technological innovations to Landmark Jewelers and helps streamline processes and automate parts of the business to help Tamara focus on providing the highest quality support to their customers. When not at his computer, Jeff can be found enjoying the outdoors with his wife Heather, planting gardens and flowers or tending to their bee’s. If not in the yard, he can be found on the golf course or working in his home computer lab.

Amanda Jarvis - Assistant Manager
Amanda has been in the jewelry business for 17 years!  From sales to management, from giant corporate settings to tiny mom and pop shops, she has continued to grow a passion for gemstones and the industry. Her favorite thing about the business is sharing in the moments of life’s celebrations with all the amazing people she gets to meet and build relationships with along the way. What is better than sharing joy through beautiful things?

Katie Douglass - Sales Associate
Katie believes that jewelry is extremely personal and custom creation is the best way to express your vision and desires for pieces you wear everyday. In addition to creating and re-creating fine jewelry forLandmark, she is a Graduate Gemologist and honed her skills for over a decade at several luxury jewelry stores in Minnesota. Her favorite taskis bringing new life into vintage pieces and heirloom gemstones. Katie holds a BA in Fine Art and Art History as well as a Graduate Gemologist certificate from the Gemologist Institute of America.

Sarah Kolar - Previous Owner
A gemologist, former appraiser, and buyer, Sarah worked at Bockstruck's for 24 years - most of the time as the store manager. Sarah has brought together a staff of long time Bockstruck employees and jewelry enthusiasts. When asked about the team, she quickly responds, "go where you've always gone and rely on the people you have always trusted."
